Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The product must remain in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of misuse or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs to assist with verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
